This was me 7 years ago. I was like any other 25 year old male.

On the outside, everything looked great. I had a job and I had my own apartment. I was living life on my terms.

But on the inside, I was an insecure mess.

Taking off my shirt is all you would have had to do to see it.

I was skinny fat.

A thin cotton t-shirt was my protective layer hiding all the insecurity beneath it.

This is me today.

I built the body of my dreams.

My confidence is at an all-time high.

I don’t hide my body with t-shirts anymore. I show it off with tank-tops, if I even wear a shirt.

Allow me to share the secrets of my transformation.

Unnecessary Compromise

I was too scared to sign up for a gym membership.

I didn’t want to be the guy who could only bench the bar, if that.

So I bought a kettlebell and started working out at home instead.

The workouts were simple but insanely effective.

I was consistent. I was getting stronger.

Numbers don’t lie.

What started out as a compromise ended up being the best decision I ever made.

Now I was hooked.
